The juju deploy command needs to add "--trust" flag.

This is now landed but it actually misses one thing and there is also a bug in Juju that will stop it from working anyway - https://bugs.launchpad.net/juju/+bug/1849636

We need to add support for adding --trust to juju deploy command when adding trust: true to bundles.
