sdc241-32.7z contains a dcppboot file

Bug Description

this is strange the latest 7zip file seems to contain a dcppboot.xml, ain't that gooing to cause the lost of setting for all users not using the local settings folder ?

The archive should contain that file its not a problem. The problem is that always the 32bit 7z file offered in the update prompt, independent on that the client uses localmode or not and its an x86 or an x64 build...

That is not really solving the problem imho, in the complete update there is
not a single xml file that overrides personal settings but the dcppboot.xml
does.

Even when the update would select based on the flag, it would still be a
prob, the file is intended to store the settings somewhere different from
the default path , and if a user does it (even in local mode) the nxt update
will overwrite it, that does not sound logic.

If that file is removed the exe will even go to the path specified in that
file as it is the default .... maybe a proper solution would be that the exe
generates that xml on first startup when he doesn't find one, that would
permit the mixed use of the 7z file and the installer where you can choose
your location (and mixed they will)
