Bug Description
Strong DC 2.21 web interface cannot find any cyrillyc named files. It returns empty result. I suppose that there is a charset problem.
And Strong DC 2.21 web nterface can find not all avaliable results at the moment. Strong DC 2.21 search shows more results then it's web interface.
