Bug Description

Dear,

According to our private conversation, here are things i'd like you to change on SDC for improving our use of this nice application. Some of them already mentionned to DC++ developpers.

- tab key doesn't work on private message windows for switching from writting to read field. Seems locked ...
- A Special Sound for hub windows messages (from central chat)
- Special sound for favorite user's messages
- Possibility to hide or display nick filter, because we spend time each time we need to switch from writting to reading field from central chat area :)
- some hotkeys though:
Alt+u: switch to userlist
ctrl+m: open private message if we are on a user in userlist
ctrl+k: open kick window

Regards

Oops, i forgot a big bug in settings window which been solved on DC++ :

We can not access to settings tabs with cursor, we have to emulate mouse for clicking on them.

If you use tab key only, you will never be able to reach settings tab name (without using mouse).

Try using tab. If we use tab key only, i cannot go to the settings tree "connection settings", "download", "favorites" simply with main cursor. I have to click on it with mouse.
I don't know if it's really understandable ... tell me if you understand what i mean :)

Ah... maybe I understand, because I tried something. When I click into tree and press "Down" key, it goes down by one item correctly, but another pressing "Down" key behaves incorrectly. Do you mean this?

yes. open settings window and don't use your mouse at all. You maybe will understand what i mean if you try to go to others settings tab with your keyboard only.

In others words, you can't reach the tree view on the left of the settings window by pressing the tab key and using arows keys for going to others settings tab.

I fixed moving in tree view with arrow key, but I don't know how to fix tab key, because there's no handler for it.

This bug has been solved on dc++, since 704 version, one of dc++ developpers told me.

But if you fixed thit bug on tree view, no problem, i think the reste works now if we use tab key for going to settings.

If you want, drop me this fixed version and i will tell you. :-)

Ok, i understood.

You mean, if you cycle with tab key in settings window, you can't reach tree view settings list ?

This bug is not on DC++ 707 developpers solved it on 704. :-)

Sorry, I am late. I had to solve some personal events in last time (is it good or wrong that God had worked out the girls? :-)) ) and also my another university studying is continuing :-) Currently, I have the only time to develop StrongDC++ during weekends but I will do everything to satisfy your needs. Then new version will be released.
