Bug Description

If you are using the default locale (en) you won't be able to select an external player. A MissingResourceException will be thrown and the "player selection" dialog won't come up.

The thrown exception:
Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key PLAY_SELECT_PLAYER_TITLE
