abort after worker builds refinery in stratagus 2.2.6

In stargus, when a terran SCV builds a refinery on top of a vespene geyser, an abort occurs after the refinery completes construction. New code added to action_resource.cpp in stratagus 2.2.6 tries to show harvesting animation for a refinery. There is no definition for harvesting animations in unit-terran-refinery.lua. I don't know if there is a plan in the future for refinery's to harvest from the resource it is built on. If there is, then the unit definition lua file needs to have a definition for harvesting animations. In my patch, I commented out the offending code. I added a check in the commented code for a harvest animation sequence if there is a plan for refinery's to harvest from the resource they are built on.
