compile error using macports libpng on osx 10.10.5

Bug Description

When compiling the "-framework libpng" option from CMakeLists.txt (line 1115 in version 2.3.0) causes an error when using a framework not in "/System/Library/Frameworks" or "/Library/Frameworks". (see https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/MacOSX/Conceptual/BPFrameworks/Tasks/IncludingFrameworks.html)

In my case having libpng installed by macports I just remove "-framework libpng" from CMakeLists.txt and I can compile on osx 10.10.5. Currently I don't know how to make the patch detect if the framework option needs to be included.
