Bug Description
This is not a bug per se, but I think that it would be good to have Lua functions for 1) Getting a tile's terrain name, and 2) Getting whether a tile has a certain flag or not.
I created a patch with functions that do exactly that, and I tested the patch and it works. I attached the patch to this report.
My changes in the patch are tagged with "//Wyrmgus start" and "//Wyrmgus end" to make it easier to identify them; should this patch be accepted, I suggest removing those comment tags.
These functions are very helpful for correctly generating units and buildings during random map generation.
