Bug Description
(This applies to oracle-support branch). Current dns is hard-coded as value returned from cx_Oracle's make_dsn function based solely on standard connection info: host, instance, etc. I have an application which requires specifying a more complicated dsn (either as string or entry in tnsnames). It seems simple enough to expose this as a URI option "dsn" to be passed cx_Oracle.
