s2aio fails with keystone identity

Bug Description

While setting up the swift via s2aio in brand-new environment,

it looks like wrong URL for keystone identity.

/home/ubuntu/storlets
Failed to discover available identity versions when contacting http://127.0.0.1/identity_admin. Attempting to parse version from URL.
Could not determine a suitable URL for the plugin

Latest patch in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/459990/ seems to resolve the problem.
