Bug Description
Now, Storlets has no limitations about the number of container/SDaemons.
(It has limitations about the number of threads in SDaemons)
If a user in one account executes a lot of storlets,
this may affect other tenants.

Yep, I think this is a whole open issue in general i.e. resource management for multi-tenancy , use of java threads per storlet; On and on and on : - )
Lots of interesting work in this space.
