Need package for autopilot tests

In order to execute the autopilot UI tests in the jenkins automation environment a debian package is needed to install the autopilot test sources.

The general method is to add "-autopilot" to the package name and install "tests/autopilot/stock_ticker". Something like this:https://code.launchpad.net/~fginther/sudoku-app/add-autopilot-package/+merge/174526

(Note: Now that I look at that sudoku-app merge proposal, I see that I hardcoded the python path, there's probably a better way to do that.)
