Manufactured Products cannot be delivered except by Administrator

Any manufactured product (with Bill of Material) cannot be delivered by all user groups (even managers) except admin.

The error message is as follows:

Operation forbidden !

Quantities, Units of Measure, Products and Locations cannot be modified on stock moves that have already been processed (except by the Administrator).

The error occur when attempting to create a delivery order. Even warehouse managers with administrative rights could not create a delivery order.

PROBLEM SUMMARY
===============
After a invoice is created and payment registered, we are unable to create a Delivery Order IF any one of the item is a manufactured product with bill of material.

TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM
========================
- Under Manufacturing, Click on Products->Bill Of Materials
- Create a product comprising some components and save it.
- Log in as any user under Sales
- Create a Sales Order and choose the product just created
- Convert the Sales Order as an invoice
- Validate the invoice
- Get Accounting to register payment
- Click on Warehouse-> Delivery Order click on the delivery order
- Click Deliver
- An error message titled "OpenERP Warning" will pop out.

We tried logging in as Sales Managerand Warehouse Manager but encountered the same error message.
