Bug Description

Strong jerking during keyboard movement on Win XP.

Maybe this is not a bug, maybe this is defect, peculiarity.
On nVidia cards Stellarium keyboard movement works different on Win7 and Win XP.
On the same computer on Win7 keyboard movement is smooth (this is normally),
and on WinXP very strong jerking. Why?
I tested Stellarium on different 5 computers with nVidia cards.
On Win7 all computers show smooth movement by keyboards.
On WinXP computer with GeForce 8800GT/9500 keyboards movement not very smooth
but have a small jerking.
On WinXP computer with GeForce GTX 460 keyboards movement have very strong jerking.
Work is just impossible.
This is paradox situation - more speed and powerful videocard work more worse then cheap,
old videocard. This defect have not only last version of Stellarium,
I tested 0.10.4, 0.10.5, 0.10.6.1, 0.11.0 - the same situation.

For testing I using driver version 266.58 for both operating systems.
A lot of people today using WinXP!

I can't reproduce this issue on WinXP with intel graphics card. Do you can downgrade drivers and check again?

I tested also driver 275.33 - the same situation.
Using driver version less then 266.58 not actual because not supported GeForce GTX 560.
I have 2 computers with GeForce GTX 460 with different processors (Core 2 Duo and Core i5-750)
Situation is the same - this problem not depended from processor.

But I find interest thing - size of jerking depend from monitor refresh rate,
if I say by other words - size of jerking depend from maximum FPS, because
Stellarium use monitor refresh as maximum FPS.
If reduce maximum FPS - reduce jerking.
File config.ini have parameter - maximum_fps, by logical - if I want limit FPS
I must put this parameter for example to 60. But this parameter don't work!
(This is other small bug). In any case Stellarium use monitor refresh as maximum FPS.

Reducing monitor refresh rate or reducing maximum FPS - reduce jerking but
this is not solve the problem. Maybe this information help to understand - how solve
this problem.

Situation is strange because - movement by mouse very fast and smooth
and at the same time movement by keyboard very slow and jerking.

Do you can check this issue in window mode and full-screen and report results?

Yes, sure.In windows mode and full-screen mode result the same.
Also I check in nView DualView mode and Single mode (when work only 1 monitor) - result is the same.
Also I check Stellarium in no OpenGL mode - resault the same - jerking.

I read blueprints list and found this - https://blueprints.launchpad.net/stellarium/+spec/smoothkeyboardmovement
Photon1 wrote about smooth keyboard movement,
