To be added in the Wishlist
When pressing Alt+O for the Ocular plugin, a popup window is flashing on the screen where the mouse was. It can be anywhere on the screen and usually not in an adequate position (because you have to remove your hand from the mouse to press Alt+O on the keyboard, the mouse usually moves by itself... even without cats ;) ).
It would be better to keep the popup window open in the same area of the screen, for example on the right side. This popup would always stay open until we press again on Alt+O (or a button) to close it, so that we don't need to press again and again on Alt+O to reopen it each time we want to change an ocular.
Finally, the "configuration" choice should be accessible in all forms of popup (to date, we can only access the configuration from the main Stellarium Plugin menu, or from the popup if we press Alt+O before Ctrl+O).

Did the GUI in the top-right corner exist in 2011 when the wish was written? I think the Ocular GUI solves the wish.
