Bug Description
The tab-order of elements in GUI dialogs is not very sane. This should be sorted out - each GUI dialog should have a sane tab order, and all elements which are keyboard editable should be so.
Example:
Config dialog / tools tab / planetarium options: check boxes are selected out of order.
