'Save settings' does not remember 'Toggle meteor showers' status

Bug Description
I toggled 'Toggle meteor showers' off and then clicked 'Save settings' on Configuration dialog. When I restart the application, the option is seen turned on.

Meteor showers implemented as plugin and you need use plugin UI to saving and/or restoration of settings.
