Bug Description
The oculars plug-in displays the image sensor frame higher or lower than the selected target whenever the Vertical Viewport Offset (Sky and Viewing Options Window > Markings tab) is not equal to the default of 0°. The plug-in should account for this offset value and keep the image sensor frame centered on the target regardless of the offset.
