Comment 2 for bug 1589702

There are a few rarely changed things like colors which are on purpose not settable in the GUI to avoid clickbox clutter. It should be enough if such a setting is documented in the manual/wiki. Few people will want to switch button shading on a daily basis, sounds like a personal preference (one-time setting).
