Star clipping

Bug Description

Stars on the bottom are clipped out on small FOV if atmosphere is turned on.
Clipping zone grows along with reducing FOV.

Do you use viewport offset? There seem to be a few critical vector lengths (?) involved, I have seen some similar effects, but did not find time yet to solve that.

No offset is used on the picture attached to the bug description.
