Bug Description
In Observability plugin the altitude data is incorrect.
Example:
1) Location: Barnaul, Russia
2) Date: 2016/1/6 22:37:26 (UTC+6)
3) Object: Rigel
Altitude of Rigel in info block is 28d28'59.

Hi!
Indeed, the altitude information was not corrected properly for refraction, since the altitude was computed with respect to the altitude of the refraction- corrected horizon, instead of the geographical horizon.
I've corrected this (and also some minor corrections already noted by GZ and BM.
