Bug Description

Hi!

I'm using Stellarium 64b, last version, see log file below.

I created a landscape for Nix, a satellite of Pluto and tried to simulate its small size by putting the horizon line under the central axis of the landscape.

However, when I use this landscape, no star is shown between the "image horizon" (central horizontal axis) and the image horizon.

I tried to set the flags in the [astro] section of config.ini to false :
extinction_mode_below_horizon = false
flag_extinction_below_horizon = false

but it does not change anything. Of course, I checked that this confing.ini file was really the right one...

See attached files :
- print of screen
- landscape.ini file

it seems active landscape inhibits star drawing below -2 degrees even with atmosphere switched off. This is a bug :-( A hole in the texture should let stars come through.

There is a bounding cap which inhibits stars below -2 to be drawn when landscapes are shown, which is likely applicable for 99% of landscapes.

In r7723 I have added an optional flag minimal_altitude in the landscape section of landscape.ini. You can set this to e.g. -30 to draw more (or all) of the sky below the mathematical horizon. This is also useful for potential "space station" landscapes. This will be available in the next version 0.14.

Of course, the atmosphere and extinction model still is governed by the literature derived from and describing terrestrial observations. This trick is therefore only useful for settings without atmosphere.
