Bug Description

Star WDS 14579 -1853 is invisible in Stellarium 0.12.5. It is visible in Stellarium 0.11.4. Star data at http://vizier.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-S?WDS%20J14579-1853AB

This caused me no end of grief, using 0.12.5 today trying to reduce observations I made using 0.11.4 in 2013.

Thanks,

-R

Not yet, please.

Is there a bug report about inaccurate asteroid positions in 0.13.3? 0.13.3 shows 405 Thia half a degree from where I observed it this evening. Because of the asteroid position bug in 0.13.3, I'll have to keep using 0.12.5, with its invisible stars.

My guess would be that asteroid position errors will be assigned a high priority. When that bug is fixed, I'll be happy to release this one.

Thanks,

Not applicable; 0.12.5 showed its position accurately.

OK, then the bug is in 0.13.3 only. Its position in 0.12.6 is accurate.

I'm an idiot. Installed 0.12.6 on work computer, 405 Thia was in same inaccurate position laptop showed it in 0.13.3, updated 405 Thia orbital elements, problem went away. Classic dumb ass user.
