Bug Description
Today I saw a very strange behavior of Angle Measure plugin (Stellarium-w32 v 0.13.97). Left button mouse down event puts the start of a measurement tape at a random point, no matter where mouse cursor is placed actually. Mouse move, mouse up and right button events do work properly, so the end of tape is correct.
It was the first installation of Stellarium on a PC with Windows 8 x 32
Usual click to point a star or a DSO does work as usual.
That computer is not mine, so can't assist immediately, expect some delay for any tests or requests.

Sorry if this is a duplicate. I'd like to mention that the same v.0.13.97 works normally under my W7x64.
