Compass marks plugin does not save it's state

Bug Description
How to reproduce:
- Start Stellarium
- If Compass marks is disabled than enable it and restart
- Hit Shift-M to show Compass Marks (or the same with mouse)
- F2 -> Save settings
- Restart Stellarium
Compass Marks are hidden
Seems easy to fix

Not exactly. Standard "save settings" operation doesn't save settings for any plugins. For saving settings plugin should has GUI and implementation for work with settings.
