Bug Description
Building current trunk (r7287) on Win7/Qt5.4/MinGW. Pressing Ctrl-T hides GUI panels, OK. Pressing it again displays the bottom button bar on upper screen border! In fact, the lower part (buttons usually hidden below screen) is on the upper border, the rest is invisible. Rest of buttons not on screen.
