Selecting location enables Atmosphere

Bug Description

Stellarium 0.13.0 running on Win7 64-bit.
When I click the Earth map to select a location, or if I choose a location from the list of cities, it also enables Atmosphere. That's annoying because I want to click various places on Earth's surface to observe the immediate change in parallax of solar system objects, but the atmosphere's daylight/refraction interferes. Selecting a location should leave the atmosphere setting unchanged.

Ok thanks.
This Tools setting is new to 0.13.0.
Suggestion: Auto-enable atmosphere when selecting a different body, but not when relocating on the same body.
