Half of the Hour Angle labels are off by 12 hours

I find that there are situations, depending on the current view of the stars, when half of the hour angle labels are off by 12 hours. The labels that should say 7h, 8h, ... 18h instead say 19h, 20h, ... 0h ... 6h. These are all of the labels on the right side of the screen. I have attached a screen shot of the top of the screen to show what is happening there.
