0.13.0 beta1 for wi ndows 64 bit failed to start because it could not find or load the qt platform plugin "window". Message is in the attached image.

No log is available

I didn't see this post, I made a new bug report for same thing, both beta1 (exp one and normal 64bit) ,fail to start.
This is on clean install, (uninstalled .13dev11 and new config .

no log generated just popup saying app failed to start due to not finding OT platform plugin .

tried new .13beta1exp-win64.exe and works, starts fine now .

BTW catalogs stars 3 ,4 and 5 etc, still not load but i post on that bug report .

I rebuilded the packages with Qt 5.2.1 and uploaded it on launchpad.net. This issue related to changes in QtCore in version 5.3.1 and I plan investigate it for searching solution.

package with QT5.2.1 works to, starts fine .
