Bug Description
This may actually be two different bugs, both related to the way azimuths are displayed directly north.
This bug is in Version 0.11.4 and 0.12.0, Mac OS X 10.8. It has also popped up on the Windows XP machines in our science lab running even earlier versions.
Steps to reproduce: Turn on the azimuthal grid. Look North. Zoom in until you have a FOV less than 1 degree (on my machine, anyway).
On Version 0.11.4 (and, apparently, earlier):
The grid labels larger than 359 degrees 25 minutes will be wrong by 180 degrees, displaying (for example) 179 degrees 40 minutes. The attached screenshot shows the behavior.
On Version 0.12.0:
The grid labels larger than 359 degrees 25 minutes will be 0.

On Win7-64 it's different: Here the angles with 359° are OK, but those starting with +0° come without minutes and seconds. Something is clearly broken.
