Bug Description

This feature request from old bug tracker.

It would be good that Stellarium can show and calculates the eclipses and the planets positions up to 100 years in the future and also in the past...like Redshift can do this.

Planet positions: done since the beginning. Maybe what's wanted are planetary conjunctions? Yes, would be nice.
Eclipse prediction formulae and planetary phenomena (opposition/conjunctions) formulae for at least a few decades are available, e.g. Meeus, Astr. Algorithms.
In all, this is a feature request for a script or plugin.
