The documentation on Helm Package Manager inside StarlingX documentation could be improved. Right now the pages only read some basic information on the package manager.
Since STX moved from Armada to FluxCD, a page similar to the page on Helm should be added. A page containing information on the tool and an example on how to use it.

Improve documentations for Helm and FluxCD
In the current Helm documentation more details were added,
showing how to deploy an application using Helm.
Created a documentation to FluxCD showing how to deploy
an application using FluxCD resources.
Created a link in usertasks index to the new FluxCD documentation.
Fix merge conflict
