@Scott Little, Do we really need to change the base image of the n3000-opae image? We are not making any changes to that image and use a static version. Perhaps we can just remove it from the build. I suppose we can look for a RHEL UBI base image to use, but I'm not sure that this is worth doing for an image which we have no intention to change.

As discussed with Chris Friesen, there are no plans to change the base image for the n3000-opae image or to make any changes to this image. We will continue to use the n3000-opae:stx.8.0-v1.0.2 image which was previously built. Instead we'll look at removing the image build from the regular builds.
