Bug Description

In latest SRIOV plugin , it introduced new verify login and assign 2 or more datanetwork to assign single VF interface is no more allowed.
But Starling-X API allow this, thus when user allocate multiple datanetworks to single VF, it caused unexpected behavior.
So, please add note into following manual not to assign multiple datanetwork to single VF.

Workaround

Add note to Procedure item 4:
- It is not possible to have multiple data networks assigned to the same interface
- It is possible to create a new interface on top of another and have different data networks assigned to each of them

to:
"It is not possible to have multiple data networks assigned to the same interface since the VFs resources cannot be shared between pools."
