    Fix: Exclude snakeoil certs during legacy restore

    This commit is a porting of the commit:
    https://review.opendev.org/c/starlingx/ansible-playbooks/+/889210
    for legacy backup and restore case.

    The snakeoil cert is skipped to be untared from backup file during legacy backup and restore.
