Failure to log of circular dependencies that prevent a build

Brief Description

Builds can fail for reasons of an unresolved circular dependency loop,
however the members of that loop are not logged. Logging the members
of the loop is critical for rapid resolution of the loop.

    Log members of a circular dependency

    Builds fail for reasons of a circular dependency loop, but
    fail to list the members of that loop.

    This update logs the members of the loop.
