Add collection of timezone info to collect

Brief Description

Add call to timedatectl to collect so that a complete output of timezone info is gathered.

Add it as a extra info plugin.

    This update adds a call to timedatectl to collect_host

    PASS: Verify build collector package
    PASS: Verify timedatectl output is added to collect bundle
