Bug Description

Brief Description
-----------------
When installing AIO-SX in Virtualbox, the default platform memory reservations are too low, resulting in a critical memory alarm. There's a fix already, but it wasn't cherry-picked into the current version of StarlingX (8.0), so the currently available build doesn't include the fix.

Severity
--------
Minor

Steps to Reproduce
------------------

Install AIO-SX in Virtualbox.

Expected Behavior
-----------------
System comes up with no alarms.

Actual Behavior
---------------
There is a critical alarm for entity "host=controller-0.memory=platform". The text is:

Memory threshold exceeded ; threshold 90.00%, actual 91.80%

Reproducibility
---------------
Reproducible

System Configuration
--------------------
AIO-SX

Alarms
------
Critical platform memory alarm as described above.

Workaround
----------
Manually modify the platform memory reservation to reserve more memory for the platform.

I'm proposing to cherry-pick this fix (https://review.opendev.org/c/starlingx/config/+/874067/4) into version 8 since this problem occurs with anyone downloading the ISO from the official mirrors.

Waiting for info about how to get the release 8.0 rebuilt and re-uploaded to the official mirror before closing this.
