Brief Description
Table in System Configuration page shows the message "Displaying 1 item" when there is no item to display.
Severity
Minor: System/Feature is usable with minor issue
Steps to Reproduce
Make sure there is no NTP service
Open Horizon and login
Go to Admin>Platform>
Expected Behavior
No item is displayed and it shows the message:
"No item to display"
Actual Behavior
The message "Displaying 1 item" is showing.
