Cosmetic issue has been identified in Horizon Create Strategy form pop-up window where an extra colon appears after "Patch" description.

Steps to Reproduce
------------------
1) Install DC.
2) Go to Distributed Cloud Admin > Orchestration.
3) Select Orchestration Strategy tab > Click on Create Strategy.
4) Create Strategy form is displayed.

Expected Behavior
------------------
In the description of the Create Strategy form should be displayed:
"Patch: specify how the patches should be updated."

Actual Behavior
----------------
Extra colon is displayed after Patch:
"Patch:: specify how the patches should be updated."
