Bug Description
Brief Description
-----------------
Since the patches are applied, the first restore operation rebooted the controller with following message.
"This controller has been patched. A reboot will start. After reboot is completed, please re-run the playbook to restore the platform again."
After reboot completed, the restore in progress flag is still present. Despite logs showing it should have been deleted.
