virt manifest needs to be added to .gitignore

'repo status' shows

 -- stx/virt

which means that virt entry was added to the manifest, but the .gitignore was not updated.

The manifest entry was:
https://review.opendev.org/c/starlingx/manifest/+/879508

The file that needs to be updated is
https://opendev.org/starlingx/root/src/branch/master/stx/.gitignore
