upgrade with prepatch iso does not show patching info

Brief Description
After upgrade sw-patch query doesn't show patch info from pre-patched iso.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Follow the Install or upgrade procedure to 22.12 Patch 0001 build.
2. Verify sw-patch query.

Expected Behavior
1. Sw-patch query should show patch 0001
or the build date should be showing the latest build date

Actual Behavior
There is no traceability. This build and the official 22.12 build look the same as below.

    Copy patch metadata so to display patch info

    This is to copy patch metadata to patch metadata and feed
    directory to properly setup patch info for N+1 release in
    load-import.

    TCs:
         Passed: Import pre-patched load to verify the patch info is
                 visible with sw-patch query command before upgrade.
         Passed: Patch info is visible on controller-1 after it is upgraded.
         Passed: Patch info is visible on controller-0 after it is upgraded.
