DOC: The fm 800 series alarms need more information

Add some ceph investigation commands in the 800 series alarm document.
When 800 Series alarm occurs, users refer to the documentation to know what kind of error is shown. But there is not enough information.

Read the alarm Proposed_Repair_Action value.

Find commands in proposed repair action to help solve issues.

Commands are not shown.
