"Install Guides" link on main menu points to main page

- [X] This doc is inaccurate in this way: By accessing the main page (https://docs.starlingx.io/), if you click on "StarlingX Documentation" on the left menu, the "Guides" sub-menu will show, and then clicking on "Install Guides" it will lead to the main page instead of the latest install guides.

Hi Guilherme,

We recently had an issue with doc update merges not being published to the site. That has been fixed. Try again. I can go:

docs.starlingx.io -> Install landing page (https://docs.starlingx.io/deploy_install_guides/index-install-e083ca818006.html#) -> "R8.0 Installation Guides" (https://docs.starlingx.io/r/stx.8.0/deploy_install_guides/release/index-install-r7-8966076f0e81.html) or, if I wanted to install latest, "Development StarlingX Installation" (https://docs.starlingx.io/deploy_install_guides/release/index-install-r7-8966076f0e81.html#index-install-r7-8966076f0e81).

Let us know if you still have issues.

The 'Installation Guides' link in the side menu is functioning correctly; however, clicking on the 'Install Guide' from the 'StarlingX Documentation' dropdown menu directs the user to the landing page instead of the same page as the 'Installation Guides' link. Is this the expected behavior? It appears that the 'Install Guide' link should point to the same page as the 'Installation Guides' link. Would you agree?

I see the same behavior as Guilherme. I added a screenshot for clarification.

After discussing with G. Waines consensus here is to see if we can disable that menu as redundant. It appears to be driven out of OpenStack site logic and we have a question in to the open infra support to see how we can do that.

.. likely just need to replace this with a fixed head with "StarlingX Documentation"
