Hostname compute service failure alarm removal

Brief Description
-----------------
Removal of a stale alarm (270.001 – hostname compute service failure).
270.001 is raised by vim and is an old reference to nova. events.yaml file has to be updated to remove this alarm definition.
Minor code changes to update the reference of alarm.
Documentation will need an update after the software changes are implemented.

Steps to Reproduce
------------------
Install a system and reference to event log for alarm 270.001 will be seen.
Expected Behavior
------------------
There should be no reference to event log for alarm 270.001 – Hostname compute service failure

Reference to alarm (270.001) event log is present.

    PASS: Verify with a load without the changes (removal of alarm)
    and the event log in platform.log shows an entry for 270.001 alarm.

    the event log in platform.log does not show an entry for 270.001 alarm.
