Maintenance link monitor is warn logging unknown bonding interface link event

Brief Description

The Maintenance Link Monitor (lmond) is seeing and generating a warning log for un-named bond link events.

This issue calls for investigation of what is causing this and identify if there is an issue. if no issue then avoid producing the log.

install a system on a lab with a bonded network interface

Expected Behavior
-----------------
all warning logs should add value.

Actual Behavior
----------
unexpected warning log that adds no value
