Description of failure
After upgrade system name was no longer displayed after ssh into central controller.

Issue intermittent (Frequency of occurrence) or 100% Reproducible?
This issue was observed on multiple sites, where the system name was displayed before upgrade

Steps to Reproduce OR Events leading up to failure
Upgrade the system

Ssh into central controller

/etc/motd.d/00-header:

    Script to update sysinv/motd in upgrade

    After upgrade, the system name was no longer
    displayed in motd after ssh into central controller.

    Test plan
      PASS: Simplex upgrade to Debian successfully
            and verify that system name displays
            correctly when logging in via ssh
      PASS: Duplex upgrade to Debian successfully
            and verify that system name displays
            correctly when logging in via ssh
      PASS: Test script in DC subcloud upgrade successfully
