OSD Replication Factors, Journal Functions and Storage Tiers in StarlingX

In the documentation, the following sentence has the wrong verbiage for the OSD breakdown:

"You can add up to 16 object storage devices (OSDs) per storage host for data storage."

Ceph breaks down the OSD acronym as "Object Storage Daemons", not "Object Storage Devices".
