sysinv-fpga-agent errors in pmon logs

Brief Description

/var/log/pmond.log shows a configuration error related to sysinv-fpga-agent.conf

This is purely a cleanup activity. It does not appear to break anything.

To fix this, need to remove this line from 2 files in stx/metal (kickstart.cfg and miniboot.cfg)

ln -s /usr/share/starlingx/pmon.d/sysinv-fpga-agent.conf ${IMAGE_ROOTFS}/etc/pmon.d/sysinv-fpga-agent.conf
